Perhaps if we tried to work out the date of the photo, which might have a better chance at guessing which Ann it is?
When did Ann Thorn pass away? Ann Clark (nee Capel) passed away in 1882, so if it is her it would be at the latest early 1880's.
To be honest from looking at the clothes, hairstyles etc, I would have said the picture was more like turn of the century 1900 or later.
What do you guys think?
Ann Thorn would only be 30 or so by then...but the lady looks more like she is 70 or so........
