Has anyone come across a musician called O'Flaherty from Co Down in a dance band from the 1930's or 1940's?

Previous posted on another thread-
:)Hello again. since I last posted a query about Clonallon cottage I am delighted have found long lost cousins in the Us who were able to fill me in on lots of 20th century family history and relatives that I never knew  of before.
Among the items received from America a couple of days ago was a letter from my great granny to her daughter in New York with her own address "Clonalon Cottage, Main Street Newcastle"!
There were also letters from my g granny's husband William which mention their son Billy O'Flaherty who was a young widower in 1938.
Apparently he was a musician in a dance orchestra, tuned pianos and had done some work for BBC radio. Enclosed was a picture from the Radio Times of Billy making music from jampots!
I wonder would anyone possibly remember him ? I would love to reconnect with his family.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
