Hi crisane,

As promised , we have now received his birth cert. which confirms Edward John Teagle's birth as 3-1-1917 s/o John Harry Teagle and Dorothy (Nee Nicholls). The father was a Colliery Engineman (above ground) and they lived at 21, Commercial St, Bedlinog, Glam.

When Edward married in London in 1942 his father is listed as Henry John Teagle, Electrician, Deceased and
we have found a reference to a John Harry Teagle - death in 1939 aged 54 Mertyr T. Dist. The two seem to tie up nicely.
So are they one and the same person?  I know you said earlier not to be too concerned with the names as
they are interchangeable.

So now its on to find the marriage of John Harry Teagle to Dorothy Nicholls which was in the Mar 1/4 of 1904 in the Cardiff Dist. but where?
