Many thanks "Sandra" for those 2 pieces of information - very interesting and helpful.  Are you able to see if Robert's sister Harriet is with him on the March 1883 list? Harriet would only have been about 9 years old in 1883.  Or did she travel with her sister-in-law Amelia on the June 1883 trip?   This is the piece of information I have been looking for.  I appreciate your help.  Jazgran

Sorry no sign of Harriet on those passenger lists, have tried many variations Hatty/Hattie/Hatsie/Hatsy and alternatives of Warwick but nothing so far.

Hello Flyingeagle  I am part of the Warwick family, Harriet was a distant relation and I am interested in her story.
PS
Just seen your last sentence that Harriet and John are your great-grandparents.  So I guess you are in US?  I am part of the Warwick family in England.  Would you like to send a personal message as I would love to make contact.   Jazgran (Angela).
