I should say that to my up to 20 years ago Marie's children did not know of their less than usual Heritage. One once contacted me to see if I knew anything?

Queenie once ran a shop at Forest Road Arncliffe Sydney and lived at Arncliffe for many years before relocating to the Central Coast in the early seventies and unfortunately going completely senile just prior to her death and destroying all family history, just to make us think a bit more. >:(

Neil ::)
So sorry muss Red Flag, name is on NSW BDM

Thanks to all for the replies to this one. ;)

Hi there,

Re Muss’ sighting

Sands 1930 and 1925 NSW Directories

Several with surname LANDON including :
E Landon, 58 Illawarra Road, CARLTON...

Sands 1920 Directory gives
Ernest LANDON, Illawarra Road, Carlton (no house number, BUT a given name instead of an initial)

I notice there is Ernest Landon as nok for a chap born Kogarah who served during WWII, RAAF (the access status is ‘Not yet examined’)

NO Majm I don't have any paper records, never knew who's to get. :o

Lots of variations in names and lots and lots of siblings it seems. IF this is actually Queenie.... Masters/Hickey/Gallagher. ::)

But the fact she was born Queanbeyan seems like a good start. ;D

Neil, just as confused :-[
