Sorry to keep this one alive, but I actually could use some help on the 1881 census of all things...!   I cant find the Smith family (I know, before you all shout!) in 81.  Ive looked at every Sarah, Ada, Annie, Ann, Anne, Ann E, Sara, etc in Warwickshire and cant find a match for the 1891 below.

Sarah Ann Smith Head Wid 47 Milk Shop Keeper bn Halifax York.
Clara Annie Smith Dau S 25 Machinist Warwick, Birmingham
Ada Florence Smith Dau 14 Warehouse girl Warwick, Birmingham

But it could be one of the other many Annie's as well?

Not a help.  But 1871 is interesting...but horrible writing I can't read the occupations!

Sarah A Smith  Head  Wid  23   ? Dealer   Halifax, Yorkshire
George T Smith  Son  7  Birmingham, Warwickshire
Clara M Smith  Daughter  5     Birmingham, Warwickshire
Nelly E Smith  Daughter  4  Birmingham, Warwickshire
Thomas Peart  Brother  16     Birmingham, Warwickshire
Rachel Peart  Mother  48  Halifax, Yorkshire

If she's a widow where did Ada come from eh?  That will be an interesting certificate.

Please let us know what it says if you get it!

But at least it gives me a pointer to her maiden name!

I am ordering THAT birth cert this week!!  Look at the age of her first born and her age too! Must have married really young  ;)

Hmm very odd - no luck on 1861 as yet.

I don't think Peart is the right name.  I'll post an image when I get home - at work at the mo.
