The Ann Wylie may be a relative of my grandfather James Wylie. The family lived at the Square Moy, Tyrone (a short distance from Coalisland), he had a sisters named Ann and Sarah, their parents were Joseph and Lizzy (Elisabeth) Wylie. It may be that the Ann you mention is a sister of Joseph but its hard to disentangle as by the mid 1800s there were around 8 Wylie families living in that area.
They would also have been Church of Ireland.
