AN ENTRY THAT SHOWED 2 PRITCHARD FAMILIES LIVING IN ATCHAM IN 1911?..IT LOOKED AS THOUGH ALICE WAS FROM ONE FAMILY AND EMMA THE OTHER..IN WHICH CASE IT IS EMMA...MY GRANDMOTHER (DECEASED) NEVER MENTIONED THE PRITCHARDS AND MY ONE REMAINING AUNT HAD NEVER HEARD OF THEM...A MYSTERY INDEED..

the Alice age 10 on 1911 is with the same family who have Harriet Palmer with them in 1901 and a 1mth old Emma
I think Emma and Alice are the same person and at first they called her Emma -but changed it to Alice when they registered her birth.
Alice Emma Pritchard was b Shrewsbury -parents John & Harriet Emma Pritchard - she had 3 older brothers

Alice Pritchard was born Sunnyside Coalbrrokdale and  is the daughter of James & Emma Pritchard -only child -but Emma had a daughter Harriet Palmer pre marriage to James Pritchard

Both families reside in the Atcham registration district

I think it may be Alice pritchard you will be looking for - not Emma

Do you have the death reg's for James and Emma pritchard (Harriet's mother)???

Have you considered Alice pritchard may not have stayed in Shropshire??

Why did Harriet palmer move to Liverpool??

There is a marriage West Derby duistrict of Alice Pritchard  to james B Lunt???

Maybe the whole family moved to Liverpool??

Just a thought
