Can't read word on census

Can anyone help please.

In the 1871 census for Salford, I can't read the following in the "Deaf and dumb, blind, lunatic, imbecile or feeble-minded" column:

Looks like'England' to me.  Could it a continuation of the place of birth?

Pretty sure it's England - I think it's overflow from the previous column.
