Marriage Lookup York, Ontario, Please.! complete

Hello There,

If possible, please can someone out there lookup the marriage of my ancestor Jessie Lowry (Laurie) Tiffin between 1914 -1924 York, Ontario, Canada.

I found Jessie Tiffin on the passenger list in 1913 departing from Liverpool, England, to Halifax, Canada.

It looks as if she married a Caradog Rhydwen

Jessie Laurie Tiffin, born Belfast, aged 27.
Parents - Wm C Tiffin and Lizzie Campbell

and

Caradog Rhydwen, born, Ffestiniog, N Wales, aged 27. Bookkeeper
Parents - J Rhydwen and Annie Davies

I've been trying to find a birth or census entry for Caradog Rhydwen in North Wales but so far I've not had any luck. Although North Wales is one of my main areas, I've not come across Rhydwen being used as a surname before 

The handwriting is a bit scribbled but it does look like Rhydwen. I'll do some more searching for him in Wales.

The 1911 Free Index on Genes Reunited have two Rhydwens  born Blaenau Ffestiniog :

Glynn Rhydwen, b. 1893, living Wrexham
Anarwds (?) Rhydwen, b. 1891, living Machynlleth

Also an Ann Elizabeth Rhydwen, b. 1887, living Machynlleth
An Anarawd Rhydwen  married and Ann E Williams , Dec q, 1910 Machynlleth

I'm now very interested in this surname - it just seems to have appeared around then

The 1891 shows his father as a Joseph R Parry, Independent Minister, aged 33, b. Whitford, Flintshire

RG12/4645/49/22 Chapel House, Manod Road, Ffestiniog

And showing as Joseph Rhydwen Parry on the 1911 Free Index of GR

I wonder why the sons dropped the Parry

Added - have traced Joseph back to his early days in Whitford. There was no mention of Rhydwen until he was a divinity student in Solihull in 1881 -  but I've found that Rhydwen was farmland/mine in Whitford:

Jessie Lowry ( Laurie) Tiffen and Caradog Rhydwen were my great grandparents.

Their son Laurie was my Grandfather.
