just a thought
« on: Tuesday 17 May 05 03:30 BST (UK) »
i  am trying to find a person who left home to get married c1800s.
marriage failed so decided to look if they had gone home to mum.

oh dear i think this line of thought will work in the next century, as it is a modern day thing for either they all finish back with mum or never leave home.

Try teaching them to map read and then change the locks while they are out ;D

not that it's worked in this house :( but there again they do have their uses...sometimes ;D

ONE FATHER I KNOW ASKED HIS 3 SONS WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO MOVE OUT.THEIR REPLY WAS THAT THEY COULD NOT AFFORD TO AND THAT THEY KNEW WHERE THEY WERE BETTER OFF.

HE MOVED OUT TO A VERY VERY SMALL FLAT.

Joking aside - I have a brother who still lives at home at the ripe age of 34! . He even brought his wife to live there, which was supposed to be a temp measure after he got married
If I were my parents, the locks would have been changed years ago. He's never left home.

I swear I must be adopted.
Hope they don't read this  ;D

If so - change the locks! lol
