Just to let you know, just received a phonecall from St Leonards and they have cvonfirmed my Grandfather is buried there. Furthermore the lady was nice enough to leave the church office and check the churchyard, and told me my Grandfathers headstone is still in place.

My Dad and I are going down to Heston, St Leonards Churchyard after Easter.

Am so grateful to you all for advise and especially grateful to Adrian.

I will keep coming on Roots web and perhaps, one day I may of help to someone.
