Could his wife have been Jane Toyet, born 1670  or Avis Roberts, born 1689 ?

It would appear that my Thomas must have married Avis Roberts. I had her birth date wrong.

Child - Jane Retallack b.c.1739  m. Richard Rail b.c. 1735
Child - John Rail b.c.1776  m. Rebecca Wakem b.c.1784
Child - William Real b.1810  m. Mary Howlett b.c.1815, Norfolk
Child - Mary Real b.c. 1835 Norfolk  m. William Henry Harris b. 5 May 1833 Devon

William Henry Harris was my G G Grandfather. The Real/Rail, Wakem, Retallack, Rowe and
Sampson families all came from Cornwall.

Do you have a connection with any of the above ?

I forgot to add that Thomas Rowe's parents were:

Edmond Rowe b. 1 Oct 1637 and Jane Tonkin b.c. 1647

Edmond's parents were John Rowe and Alice Seccombe

Jane's parents were Athenasius Tonkin and Mary Uren

I have an Anthony ROW m Susannah MATHOE at Constantine 8 Apr 1677. The surname CARNE figures as well.

Could be a link with your ROWEs from the same time and place but I have no other data atm.
