PRYOR/PRIOR which Arundell?

I'm trying to determine which Arundell Pryor married Margaret Sampson.  There are two with the same name born within a year of each other.  Arundell, son of John Pryor and Rachel Moyses was born in Wendron in 1790.  Arundell, son of Arundell Pryor and Margaret Heart, was born in 1789 in Crowan.  Both have trees on Ancestry.com which list Margaret Sampson as wife.  Can anyone help?
