Where was Ernest born and what was his wife's name or his parents names

There are 7 1891 entries for that name in Sussex so we need more details to make sure we get the right one

Found this couple on both 1891 and 1901, proceed with caution as with no birthdates to go on cannot be sure         but here they are anyway

There is an Ernest John Brooker in 1891 census living in Brighton not Worthing, he's 11yrs old with parents
John & Martha with 5 siblings.
