Hi, trying to find out more, here's what i've found so far..

12 Jan 1806 bapt. Parish of Antony f. Samson mo. Anne dau of John Pearce
m. 1832 spouse Ann b. Worbstow (surname might be Pooley?)
d. 1892 William's death age 86 reg. St. Germans

aye cornwall opc was where i found williams baptism

hmm i imagine this witness Thomas is some relation to Ann
Marks (cornwall, devon), Pennie (stirlingshire),
Robertson (perthshire, scotland), Swanston (roxburghshire, berwickshire)
