Thanks for your reply, great to make contact with you. Oh that's very interesting. So Clara Edwin was your great grandma? My line comes down through John Edwin b.1873 my 2 x great grandpa born Evesham, Worcestershire. John and Clara were 1st cousins. Clara's father John Edwin b.1838 and 'my' John's father was Charles Edwin b.1845 who were brothers. That makes your mother and my grandma, Rosa Edwin (later Gibbons). b.1920 3rd generation cousins. So if I am right that makes us 4th generation cousins once removed. Distant, but cousins all the same
