The Ontario Cemetery Finding Aid search index has Blanche and husband Robert buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Sarnia, Lambton County, Ontario.
http://ocfa.islandnet.com/ocfa-search.php

The Burial Database on the Lakeview Cemetery Website has Robert (5 Aug 1946 Age 89) and son Douglas (11 Aug 1987 Age 82.)  http://www.lakeviewcemetery.ca/cemetery-ontario/burial-search

Strangely there is no listing for Blanche, but I would suggest you contact the Cemetery directly for more information.  Also, since you now have death or burial dates for Robert Sr. and Douglas, you can contact the local public library in Sarnia to request obituaries for them.

There is a border crossing document for Douglas Batey dated 1 Nov 1927. His last permanent residence was listed as Sarnia, Ontario and he was going to Detroit, Michigan. His contact in Detroit was Mrs. Jennie Rowe. Douglas indicates he was 22 and born in Newcastle-on-tyne, England. His contact in Canada was listed as his father, Mr. Robert Batey of Sarnia. He also indicates that he came to Canada on the Virginian which arrived in Montreal in Jun 1912. It would appear they came to Canada a lot earlier than you thought.

I found the passenger list for the Virginian which arrived in Quebec on 31 May 1912 and in Montreal on 1 Jun 1912. Blanche, Robert, Douglas and Hilda are onboard. It appears husband Robert arrived earlier. They were destined for Sarnia, Ontario. Here's a link to the passenger list image at Library and Archives Canada (starts on line 5):

I've also found a death registration for Richard Batey who was born 26 Sep 1938 and died 27 Sep 1938 in Sarnia. Hilda May Batey was listed as the mother. The father's name was listed as Albert Fisher but is crossed out. Mrs. Robert Batey, grandmother, was the informant. Richard was buried at Lakeview Cemetery as well.

Birth of Arthur Aitchison Batey 25 April 1913 at Sarnia General Hospital s/o Blance Isabel Rowe and Robert Batey of 435 Palmeston St.  No occupation given for Robert and marriage was June 4, 1900 Maidstone, Kent for parents.

Robert, 46 and 4 year old Arthur Batey were debarred from crossing the border in 1917 to the U.S.

Death of Richard Batey Sept 27, 1938 at Sarnia Hospital after being born the previous day.  Grandmother, Mrs. Robert Batey, was the informant and mother given as Hilda May Batey b. England.  Father's name, Albert Pistone, b. U.S., was crossed out.   Buried Lakeview cemetery.  Babe's death was due to prematurity caused by maternal ruptured appendix.

Lakeview Cemetery shows a listing for Blanche Batey -  March 20, 1955

An online family tree shows Arthur's death in 1978 (Dec 06 from Lakeview Cemetery site) and a marriage to Sybil Stykes in 1942.  Her dates are 1917 - 1974 and she appears on the Lakeview site.
Online tree shows they had 1 son - details kept private.

Father's name, Albert Pistone, b. U.S., was crossed out.

Pistone is a transcription error - it should be Fisher in my opinion.
