Adding photos to Genes R. tree

I've been trying to put pictures on my Genes Reunited tree and it seems to go through the process okay but the photo doesn't appear...  I managed to download a photo onto here without any trouble.   Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can add photos to details of any of your relations. From the Family Tree page select the relation, then click on 'add photo' to the right of the relation's details.
 
You can add unlimited photos to any relation including yourself.
 
You will be shown a button that says 'Browse'. If you click on this you will see a view of your computer's drives. Locate the image from where you have saved it on your computer then click on the 'Open' button.
 
You're now ready to start uploading the image. Click on the 'Upload' link once to start the process, it may take a little while to be transferred to our server.
 
Once it is has uploaded you can then add any notes that you wish to. If you click on the word 'gallery' you can also choose from a selection of frames for your photo. You can also choose which photo (if you have added more than one), that you'd like to be the default photo for that relation.

Apparently it is that easy 

Unless you are getting an error message there doesn't seem to be much we can do to help.

Try sending Genes Reunited Support and email if you cannot resolve the problem.

I've found out it's something to do with an HTTP Error 302 as it came up when I tried to download a gedcom to Genes R.   I looked it up on the net and I don't understand a word.  Where would that be coming from....?

It sounds like you are trying to do the same thing twice e.g. sending the same file to the same location.

You might want to try deleting your browser cache so that you can try it again

If you are using Internet Explorer then:

Click on Tools > Delete Browsing History.

You may want to uncheck the Cookies option otherwise if will delete certain passwords like rootschat etc.

I deleted a couple of weeks of history back to before I started trying to upload the photos.  On Genes they have two options, the old tree format which I prefer or the new one. I managed to upload a couple of photos to the new one but I still can't upload a gedcom to a new Genes registration.  I've sent them a message so maybe they can sort it out.  Thanks.
