William Lawrence 1858
« on: Monday 09 April 12 10:32 BST (UK) »
Hi,
William Lawrence born 1858 Preston Faversham and Maria Lawrence nee Rickard born 1854 Faversham had 5 children.
I have found 4 living and 1 had died as shown in the 1911 census records.
Ellen Elizabeth Lawrence born 1884 Faversham.
William J Lawrence born 1888 Cliffe at Hoo.
Charles Lawrence born 1889 Cliffe at Hoo.
Frederick Lawrence born Cliffe at Hoo.
The child that died has no records in the census so i have no yard stick to work with, the child may have born in Faversham or Cliffe at Hoo but with no name or birth date i think i shall need a few miracles to find this member of the family without a great deal of help.
All i can do is hope,
                                     Regards Conyerboy

Hi
If you look at the date they married  how long was it before the first child was born? If there is a major gap look in that date before the Ist child is born who could actually be the second , if you know what I mean
Also look at gaps between the children I see 1884 Ellen born then a gap of 3-4 years William born 1888.
No tv  in thoes days so children diid come often ha Ha Ha ha ;D
cheers cardiff

The parish registers for Cliffe at Hoo are actually online so you may find baptisms etc. for the family within those http://cityark.medway.gov.uk/ (see the link for Parish Registers Online in the left hand menu).
