That very well known genealogy site that we aren't allowed to name fully, that begins with A.

I can't say for certain that the Eva Andrew who married George Martin is the correct Eva but it looks a possibility especially with the correct birth date so I wondered if Julie recognised the surname Martin at all.

There are no 'terms and conditions' here about not naming Ancestry in full.

Ahh !!  Ancestry !!  :)

The birth date looks good - but to be 51 years old seems quite unusual for a first marriage, although I'm quite sure not unheard of. There is also another birth in Sculcoates though for someone of a similar name, in 1923.

Added - just noticed your reply Dawn !  :) :)

Sorry Dawn but I was told by another member that it was not correct to put any firms name in full. Granted that person is not a moderator, but they are a prolific poster who correct you if you do something wrong so I took what they said as true so have always tried to obey that. Sorry if I was misinformed.

Our guidelines for posting are here

http://www.rootschat.com/help/posting_guide.php

The only thing the moderators insist on......

Do not ask for look-ups from commercial sources.
Most commercial sources have strict 'Terms of Use', which forbid publishing their data elsewhere, so asking for such look-ups is also asking people to ignore the 'Terms of Use'.

A*** links an Eva Andrew as marrying a George Martin and Eva Martin dies March quarter 1981 age 87. her birth date is 1st July 1893 ???

An Eva A Feeney married a Robert Martin in the Sculcoates registration district in 1922.

The 1901 census has an Eva Feeney born in Rochdale in 1893. Might be a long shot, but she could have been the one who married in 1922 - if she was, that could also be her death in 1981.
