Never, Photographer Southwark

I am inquiring as to whether anyone has come across a photographer with the surname Never, in the southwark area of London. The first initial looks like E or C and the address is 63 St Pauls Ch Yd.
  Hoping to narrow down a time frame on the portrait.

St Paul's Churchyard is, I think, in the city of London, not Southwark
