At least there's a name on this one, but whether Rita is the daughter or the mother is still to be discovered.

Hi Mike...You have some lovely photos...I would say the name refers to the child...this will bring it back up the board and to the attention of the daters.

Same date as the others for pretty much the same reason,dress & hairstyle.The child has a new fashion trend just emerging pre war.Her dress has a sash just above hip level,by 1915ish this sash travelled south & was right at hip level.

I would say the girl was around 6 years old so maybe you are looking for a Rita born 1899ish.

The childs (?) book is interesting .... my children had books with holes for fingers to go through in the 1970's, but I didn't know childrens books pre WW1 had finger holes.
