I've just been looking at that & Thomas is dead by 1911 so can't be sisters anyway.

There's a marriage between George H Horton & Frances Whitehead Cov.1910.
There's another child to this couple Frances Mary b.1911,there aren't any more after Brenda.There are 2 deaths registered in 1916 to a George H Horton but he may not have died as Frances would have been 37 when she had Brenda.
When Frances Mary was born they were living in Lockhurst Lane Cov. & he's a storekeeper at a cycle works.
Florence Ethel b.1884 was his sister & therefore Brenda's aunt.
