The only place name with Binn's I've been able to locate in Dublin so far is Binn's bridge in Drumcondra...

Do you have approximate dates for the Binn's Court address ?

I found a reference (via Google) to a Binns family history, written 1860, which states that a Binns Court still existed at that time.

Maybe that's a clue?

it's mentioned on this 1802 baptism record -

  Baptism of Rachel Woolsay

The parish of St. Catherine's would fit with a location in the Liberties..

tried an earlier search - and found a reference in 1868 :

  Binn's-court
   from Francis-street to Blackhall-row,
    Parish St. Nicholas Without
    1 to 16 Tenements

Listings for Binn's court appear up to about 1884, but vanish by 1894.. so presumably knocked-down or redeveloped sometime around then..

p.s. it would have been at the northern end of Francis St and went to the east.
