It appears to be a William Martin who married Flora Maclean/Jardine in 1904.   The marriage cert. would give the names of his parents, who  might be the ones mentioned in a previous thread.  (with a bit of luck)

So 2 Flora McLeans, one married to Alexander Jardines (which fits nicely with 1901 census ) and her daughter Flora Mclean (stepdaughter to Alexander), who married William Martin.

Lodger you've found a son  Thomas , to find other children and maybe one born around 1903/4 , the cheapest way to find out would be the 1911 census (I think).

With your find of the internments I think that this is the correct extended family.

Flora Mclean did indeed get married from 12 Stables Court to William Martin , aged 23, in 1904.    Williams parents were GEORGE Martin and Mary Brown.

This could be the George metioned in another thread.

''George b. 27 Nov. 1848/ chr. 7 Dec. 1848''

No father named for Flora, witnesses were Robert Richmond and Maggie Forrest.

Couldn't resist getting to bottom of it, (hopefully it is your family.)

The wedding above was in July 1904.   BUT  a William Martin (Illeg.) was born to William Martin and Flora Mclean on 25.09.1903., at 12 Stables Court.

First of all I would like to say how good it was to read all the answers. It may be rude of me but there seemed so much fun in all you said and did even though It is all very serious. I would like to thank the following:-

With what you have sent and with you have sent previously I have married together the info and
it makes a lot of sense. Also what really strikes me is the shear kindness of people paying or letting
people be buried in their lots.I think we have a lot to learn from the past.

All the best to you all. UGGY
