Another to date and fix a little please

 I am sorry I do not have the original of this one. To have this dated may solve some of the queries surrounding my family. Photo from  Australia. If possible I would also like a little touch up.

1880s/90s?  Hard to tell, really, but that's my guess.  There are a few mentions of the Blue Tier Hotel in the Trove newspapers if you haven't already seen them.

Thank you shanghaipanda. I have seen the site ( I provided the photo) but now know it can't have been that early. I have been unable to contact the site owner so far.

There's only one (somewhat) dateable person in this photo, the woman...but unfortunately she's wearing an apron which almost completely obscures her dress...and after staring at it for some time the only conclusion I can come to is maybe mid 1880s. There really isn't enough of the dress to see, but the sleeve length might be consistent with a mid 1880s style

The only thing I can tell you for sure is that 1861 is absolutely wrong. The shape of the skirt is not at all what an 1860s skirt should look like, which is way different from this. Sorry
