TA's Aldershott
« on: Tuesday 01 May 12 20:48 BST (UK) »

Hi, I am wondering if any can help with some information or point me in the right direction of where to look.
I am looking for information on Brian E Fisher. He was born in Hampstead, London in 1927. In 1945 - 1948 he was in the army -Regiment or Unit Name: Royal Army Ordinance Corps Regimental Number: 14050872, and served in Palestine. He came out of the army and worked at the town hall in Hampstead as a cleck but loved the army and joined the TA's. He died in an accident while serving in the TA's in Aldershot 1953. I would like to find his records but can find nothing for the TA's or about his death.
Appreciate any help.
Many thanks
Janice

His record will be with MOD you can apply for it on the Veterans Agency website.
If it was an accident in UK I would think there will be a coroners inquest maybe try local papers of the time.
