William James MURPHY
« on: Saturday 05 May 12 14:17 BST (UK) »
I have a death record for William James Murphy b. 6 oct 1910
Death 6 Oct 1995 age 85. Reg district Launceston, County Cornwall Devon
Reg No 14B. District & sub district 3621 Entry number 296.

There is a possibility he could be my ancestor, but not 100% sure..
My william j was born in Glamorgan Wales 1910 Parents Thomas Murphy & Margaret Weston.

How could I discover any more details about this person, marriage, family etc as there may still be family out there.

Thank you in anticipation of your assistance.

It may be worth purchasing the death certificate - it would give informants name and address at time of death

I cannot find other deaths in Launceston reg dist around that time - (wondering if maybe wife died in same area??)

There is of course the possibility he may have died while on holiday -or visiting someone???
