Hi I am searching with in the Porter families of N. Scotia Canada
 Person :::Maggie Porter b: 1857 N.S. Her father is Benjamin Porter and Wealthy Porter .
Benjamin was  born 1805 Woodville N.S.
Wealthy Porter nee: Stanford was born  DEC 19, 1818 Woodville NS.
 Maggie  is the sister of Bishop Hall Porter occ. druggist .  I am searching for any information regarding Maggie
.....a marriage and the date/ location of her death.    Marie

Not sure if you already have this information, apologies if you do... but on the 1901 Census there is a Maggie PORTER aged 43 ( birthdate given as 2nd May 1857 ) living with her brother Maynard PORTER and his wife and family in Brooklyn Street Kings, Nova Scotia.

So it looks like she either married late in life or not at all...

Maynard's death certificate (1926) confirms names of parents and gives place of burial as Grafton- if sister Maggie didn't marry she might also be buried there. There's at least one Porter grave Grafton Methodist Church.

Yes, looks like she died unmarried-
Porter, Maggie, died at Woodville, Thursday. [1 June 1905 see Grafton].
Porter, Margaret, d/o Benjamin & Wealthy Porter, died at Woodville, 25 May 1905, 47 years. [8 June 1905].
