If you click the link given in reply 22 it will take you to a screen which shows an e-mail address.

If you have ancestry, then look at the family tree entries for Inrig.  If you do not have a subscription to do that, go to www.mundia.com where you can sign up for free (sister site to ancestry)  you can then view public trees in the beta period.

Just to try & explain that there are no Central registries/indexes in Canada for BMDs.  Canada has very strict privacy laws and each province imposes its own even further.  Additionally, some provinces are more research friendly than others so researching in Canada can be challenging.  The last available Canadian Census was 1911 apart from Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta which was 1916.  As a guide BMD Records are only available for births more than a 100 years ago, marriages 80 years ago and deaths 70 years ago.
So you can see from that how tight the privacy laws make it in trying to get information.
British Columbia Birth Registrations cover 1854-1903 at the moment.
British Columbia Death Registrations, 1872-1986
Perhaps Florence/Florrie remarried and we have'nt been able to pick her up yet  ???
