I've found a priscilla louisa james born sept quarter 1879 and a death age 3 in neath march quarter 1883. Easily findable on freebmd

Obviously not our girl, as she is alive and kicking on the 1891 census!

There are 6 possible marriages, between 1891 and 1900, but none in Dorset (or anywhere close!).

as victoria james had sister patience louise james could she have a smith  as husband

The problem you have finding P L James death is not knowing who she married?
means her death is not going to be establish until you know her married surname ?

by her baptism 28th July 1878 Kinson Dorset

1881 she is listed with family in Kinson  Dorset although a year difference 1879
They is no Liberty listed of BB you suggest ?

1891 she listed with family in Kinson Dorset b 1878
brother liberty now listed b 1886 Taunton Somerset not Langtree Devon ?

There is a Liberty James b  1896 Langtree Devon in 1911 listed to Britannia James b 1861 Dorset ( have you muddled them ? )

 This could be Brother : Wm James married Vashti Small 1916 Newton Abbot Devon 1911 they are in Aylesbeare Common Devon with 2 children
 Mary A b 1907 & Wm b 1910 both born in Devon
Again getting certificate of marriage would give you father name


Jemina James died in  1935 Hampshire New Forest aged 78 b 1857

Samson James b 1882 -died 1960 Gosport Hampshire

Thomas James only record I can find might be him ?
