Your John was born 1870 so this one can't be yours. I did a general search on the NSW site for 1889 just using the surname Wilson and the name of the boat Curzo. No Jane, just a Jemima 39, Louis 14, Thomas 12, and John 15.

Then I searched  just for Jane Wilson, no year or name of boat and out of all the results there wasn't one anywhere near the correct age for your Jane. She would be in her 40's early 50's if she emigrated in the 1880's.
