I don't know if I have the correct spelling of this but does anyone know where a Strathloan farm was or is near Avonbridge.

Hi ev,it can't be far from Avonbridge as I used to walk to it as a child,my great aunt Jen lived there.I think I will have to email my cousin for some more details.That doesn't look too far away and I think it was on that road out of Avonbridge.

You can go to Google Street View and drive by it to remind yourself
still there the same as ever. my Mother was born at Wester Strath
half mile nearer Avonbridge.

Hi James I hope you are well and still making that good music.My Google is broken at the moment,I may have to reinstall.If you ever pass on your travels could I ask you for a photo.My gran's sister Jen lived there.

I will finally be making it up there in a few months,a year later than I wanted to but then again I have found out so much more in that year.

By the way James,I don't know if you would recognize the name as she died 30 years ago,her married name when she had the farm was Conn.
