The only Louisa I can see is this one:

1891 census, Reference RG12, Piece 4685, Folio 68, Page 7
4 Albert Cottages, Ramsey

Quayle, John  Head  M  39  Steam Packet Porter  b Maughold
Quayle, Georgianna  Wife  F  35  b Ramsey
Quayle, Georgianna  Daughter  F  10  Scholar  b England
Quayle, John James  Son  M  7  Scholar  b Ramsey
Quayle, Louisa  Daughter  F  4  Scholar  b Ramsey
Quayle, Thomas  Son  M  1  b Ramsey

And from the Lawsons Mini site (http://www.iomfhs.im/lawsons/LawsonBMD/births/quayle.html?Submit=Quayle)
Quayle, Louisa   25 Sep 1886    Ramsey (Page 312)   to John Quayle and Georgina Radcliffe

Many thanks for your reply.Yes that is my family in Ramsey.
Louisa is buried in Town Lane Cemetry, Bebington, Wirral having died of old age in Rock Ferry aged 81.
Apparently she did speak Manx also.

A good way to make surname connections with other members is to enter your surname interests in the Surname Interests Table (SIT), and to check there whether others are researching these names.

This can be found at http://surname.rootschat.com/ , there is a link to it at the top of each Rootschat page.

The more people who enter their surnames, the more chance there will be of making a connection!

I was just a little confused because you quoted her mother as Esther Radcliffe, but the census and Manx births give mother's name as Georgina Radcliffe?
