Found a 1841 Emma Yardley in workhouse aged 7 this fits, found a letter from workhouse records stating
"Emma Yardley illegitimate child from Thorley, who has been in the workhouse for 6 years."
Dated 9 may 1846.

This also fits age range :)
Baptism for Emma Yardley Thorley 1822 . Doesn't fit :(

Really really confused :-\ ???

great news looks like Thorley was original parish ties in, Wouldn't be supprised if Emma distanced herself in later census or if she spend most of her life in the work house did she even know?? looking like a sad sad story :'( :'(

Emma Yardley in Thorley 1822 mother Sarah Yardley no father so could be wrong year. would have to try and find original. ???

found this today died in workhouse buried at Thorley is this a co-incidence ???

would be just before census

buried
11/3/1841 thomas yardley 9yrs old
would fit in nicely with other children's ages

also found baptism for Henry Yardley
23/5/1847
mother Mary Yardley no fathers name

no matching bmd
only bmd for that name is

Henry Shea Yardley march 1845

along straw I'm pulling at  ;D

can't find any record of other children.
