Tulliallan is in Perth as is Abernethy and few other border parishes but during this era the records flipped back and forth within the counties.

I know this doesn't help with the burial in Kirkintilloch you were looking for but this site lists the graves in Tulliallan. Several Scotland's buried there.

Hi

The William Patrick Library, Cowgate, Kirkintilloch may have the information you are looking for , they have a great family history archives for kirkintilloch and it is yards away from the old kirk museum. Also there is another burial ground you should check out called the Old Isle cemetry, this also is in Kirkintilloch, William Patrick Libray hold the burial records for it.

If you do a search on google and type in 'Auld Aisle', you'll get lots of photos of the watchtower and old kirkyard.

'Old Isle' and 'Auld Aisle' are pronounced almost exactly the same, but I think the 'Aisle' possibly refers to a church 'Aisle' rather than an 'Isle' as in island.
