Banns for Aston Juxta, Birmingham 1836 - 1846

I've been looking for a marriage - Henry Astley Osborn/e and Hannah Smith, but been unsuccessful. Its been suggested that I search the banns of the parish though because that will give me the parish of the bride and hopefully the place of the marriage. How do I do that? Can anyone do lookups or can I pay a fee to get them from a records etc?? never looked for banns before, always managed to find the marriage  :-\
