BTW Thomas wasn't a Solicitor he was an Hostler or stableman to you & me.

I think this might be Thomas the father with son William in 1841:
HO107/1155/2/37/24.
The death in 1849 may be Thomas the son.

Phoebe & Ann are one in the same,she appears in 1851 with son Frederick who has been mistranscribed as Rederin.
