Sorry, I'm not sure how you reach that conclusion as my first post gives you the 1881 census entry showing them all as brothers, plus Larkspur has found the relevant baptisms. 

Father changing his employment is not unusual.

I reached that conclusion based on their father's different jobs and the changes of address but, as you say, a change of employment isn't unusual.
