I am looking at Lincoln, Herts and Middlesex for Varney / Scaife connections. As for the Y.O.B just bad maths. If the other Counties have the same access as you then I apologise.

Hi

The London and Middlesex post is requesting information about William's granddaughter Beatrice and what happened to the puzzle of her disappearing parents. This topic is about Beatrice's grandfather William and his Hertfordshire origins - other than the 1871 Lambeth census posted on the L & M topic which revealed his birthplace as Tring there is no other mention of William on that topic. The Lincolnshire post seems to be about any local records about Beatrice's mother's birth in Lincolnshire but that has overlapped with this topic inevitably giving further information about her parents. The 'related' Hertfordshire topic link just seems to be this topic!
I'll redirect from Lincolnshire to this topic for William Varney information. There seems no issue with duplication on the L & M board because there is no request there to search for further information about Beatrice Scaife's Hertfordshire grandfather whereas this topic is very much is about him.
