You can download the marriage cert from Scotlands People which is a paysite.  You will need to buy some credits first

Thank you Carole. The certificate details I have. Probably didn't word my request very well. I was hoping for some local information that someone might have. I believe John was connected to the post office on the Black Isle around 1945 but not certain
