Somehow these are all tied up ???

We have Edwin G marrying Rosa C on 15.11 1884, then no details of his death can be found as yet that are convincing.

We then have details of Rosa C marrying Fidelis(Patrick) Tighe on 9.12.1895, as a widower!!

The it appears that Fridelis may have gone to New Zealand in 1916 to live with his father at 5B Paget St. Auckland. Fidelis appears to have had two brothers John and Patrick. So no details of a divorce here but there brs a Fidelis died in 1931, aged 61 which could be the death I am looking for.

Has Rosa then married a Frederick Partridge, I have no date of marriage except to assume it is after 1895 but feel it may be later than 1899.

Did Rosa ever get divorced at all, did she use slight corruptions to her name when she remarries, or drop one of her names. Was this common practice to be somewhat economical with the truth.

It would be immensely satisfying to try and tidy up this bundle.

If anybody can fill in gaps I would like to hear. I am not on Ancestry .com as yet so am limited.

Thank you.

Colin.

what else have you got?    Whereabouts was the marriage in 1884.

The names sound Irish.

You really need to check these marriages, see who they put down as fathers and occupations etc.

Someone might have a look in the censuses for you for places of birth and so on.     I haven't got a sub either for ancestry.

Not sure why you've started a new thread looking for these people since you already have a couple different ones so far.

The marriage was in West Ham as detailed. I am trying to tie it all together as when I started I did not realize to the extent it would be interlinked and the possibility that Caroline may actually not have been widowed or divorced at the time of her second or apparent third marriage.
Thank you for the advice to recheck on the marriage certificates I have the ones to Fidelis and Edwin George.
Any other tips which are probably obvious to you would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Colin
