Dorris Rose Dingle was born May 24, 1898 in Oxford to Robert Charles Dingle and Rosa Kate Smith.  She had a brother Alfred, but I haven't any more info on this family and would appreciate anything.  Thank you.

Thanks so much Harry. This is the best I've learned yet for this family.  I'm confused why Robert is shown as being 35 in the 1891 census and then 29 in the 1901 unless it was an error since Rosa is listed as 29 or else he was very vain which could well be.  Family rumour said he was some high professor with a university but we later learned he was a ropemaker.

I know Rosa came to Canada but I think it was with a second husband, Mr. Lindsay because I think Robert had died.
