1821 baptism lookup St. Thomas the Apostle,​ Bloxwich

Hi all my 4x great grandfather Augustine Simmons was baptised on 5 august 1821 at  St. Thomas the Apostle,​ Bloxwich father isaac could anyone look at the original baptism for me to see if theres a occuption for his father isaac ? or any other info given on the baptism please. According to ancestory his father Isaac orignially came from caston in nolfolk and was a tailor, how can i confirm myself that he moved from caston nolkfolk to bloxwich/walsall apparently he died 26 december 1826 aged 35 in walsall.
