Elsie Ellen DUNMORE (sic) is in Westgate on Sea (parish of St Saviour) at the time of the 1911 census.  Also there is a Lena DUNMORE (sic) though the age (33) and birthplace (Old Brompton, London) aren't quite right http://www.familysearch.org

Incidentally, the code for the marriage (T/38) on the Kent Registration Services site may just be for Westgate on Sea St Saviour.  T/37 is Westgate St James whilst T/39 is Westmarsh so working alphabetically there's a  good chance it is St Saviour, Westgate http://extranet3.kent.gov.uk/sp/rois/marriagesearch.cfm

The only Selina A DAVENPORT death I could see is that of a Selina A DAVENPORT March quarter 1944 Liverpool registration district age 73 thus born c1870 ref. 8b 503.

The Kent registration services site shows that her father's name was DUNMOW so we can conclude that the lady was probably a spinster when married.

It is an index only, you still need to purchase a certificate or view the original parish register.  There is a check box on the search page for the index where you can enter surname of father to see whether Selina DUNMOW comes up if you enter DUNMOW as her father's surname http://extranet3.kent.gov.uk/sp/rois/marriagesearch.cfm

1901 census can't find Selina she's not with her parents

1891c her and siblings with their parents John & Ellen

A lot of Selina’s siblings seem to have married in the registration district of DUNMOW

Ancestry has a public tree for Andrew Rolf with many  pictures of  Rolf family
married Sarah Ann Dunmow 29 Jun 1907 High Roding Essex witnessed Willliam Sharp & Clara Jane Stone,
Sarah’s father named as John Sweeting with a note saying Sarah Ann widowed prior to her 1907 marriage

Sarah A Sweeting b1868 High Roothing Essex lists her here on the censuses

So it looks as if you are back to the 1915 marriage in  Thanet Kent for

Still can't find Selina on 1901 or 1911 census  Could she have gone abroad for a time?
