My ancestor Robert Meggison who married Jane Davison in Sedgefield in June 1773 was born in 1730 as he died in 1792, aged 62. I have no idea where he was born or his parents' names. Can anyone help me to find the correct person? There are so many Robert Meggisons all over that area. Jane was born about 1752 as she died July 19, 1836 at the age of 84. She died in Bishop Middleham but was buried in Sedgefield. Can anyone help find her parents? I think there are several Jane Davisons as well.
