:D Thank you, Sue, Debbie, Kim and Nigel for all your efforts.
Hoping this will encourage some more 'hunts' to start. They are such a great resource finder...

Cheerio, Les.

Hi

I've only recently discovered this site and specifically this "Hunt"

I am fairly sure of my tree as shown, although a cousin has it going back to further to William Hedges (1593-1655)

I am trying to verify things as I go but there are many more ancestors than I realised!

William Hedges (1713-1767) married Catherine Killingworth their son
Thomas Hedges (1760-1833) married Susannah Lee who had a son
Killingworth Hedges (1811-1858) and Elizabeth Higgins were the parents of
Killingworth Hedges (1850-1915) who married Ellen Ewing, their son
Robert Killingworth Hedges (1879-1958) married Maude Osborne they were the parents of my father Kenneth Malcolm Hedges.

I could do with a very large piece of paper showing all of it which I think I would cope with better, I do have lots of old bits and pieces largely found by my brother 20 plus years ago this includes some copies of wills etc.

I would be grateful if anyone has a tree that I can view that would allow me to see visually the various links.

Lesanne suggested this might be a good place to post.

As mentioned I am relatively new to this so would be grateful for any help.

Regards
