I am Looking for Valda Freegard Family who Left the uk about 1945 and emigated to Randolph California.
Valda married Haydn or Hayden David Ward sorry i have 3 birth places uk but have not researched enough to give an answer born about 1920.
Children i have are .......................Names removed as we do not allow details of people who may be still living to be published

I see Valda Iris Ward, age 22, on a passenger list for the M.S. John Ericsson, arriving New York on 30 Mar. 1946.  She returned to the UK in 1948 & 1951.  On a passenger list from Southampton to New York for the Queen Elizabeth, arriving 11 Oct. 1951, Valda I. Ward's address was Box 6, Station 1, Asheboro, North Carolina.  She also had what appears to be a young daughter with her.

Marriage of C  Margaret L  Cole - Chippenham  5a 157 to Cyril R Freegard - December 1922.

Yes i know Valda iris had brother i think it was Dennis Victor Freegard likely name died of course, now. I only know it as Dennis V Freegard

As you said casualty i did not know that.

yes marriage record chippenham 5a 157 dec 1922 has since died

Shellyesq i did not know the passenger lists as you say but it does seem to be the correct information and i have not checked yet.

If you require freegard family from Cyril R Freegard born before 1898 and above i do have information if this helps.
