If you know where they died then a good place to start would be to check archives for the local newspaper to see if there are death notices for them. These sometimes include details of the funeral and name of the church and cemetery..

What's the name of the local paper ?

The National Library in Dublin has a great collection of old newspapers....

The 'Leinster Express' is the local paper, started in 1831.

I have records for Ballylinan cemetery, but no Fitzpatricks there.

Ballyadams is the closest other cemetery, and no Fitzpatricks there.

National Library have copies of the Leinster Express from the start of publication right up to date.  1831 to 1955, and 1986 to 1989 on microfilm. Other years as hard-copy.
